If you submitted and your application is declined by the Vietnam Immigration Department, you will not be refunded your money.

Kindly provide us your flight information at least 1 business day before your flight so that we can arrange our assistant to support you best. Otherwise, there is no refund made even the airport fast-track service cannot be run.

If we already get your flight details but do not offer this service when you arrive, we will refund fully the airport fast-track service you paid.
